We are the Shcherbina family, and we're
Red Acre Farms and Cooper's Coffee + Eatery.


We believe in working hard and doing things the old-fashioned way, together as a family, to provide for yours. There simply are no shortcuts. Everything we raise on our Missouri family farm -- from our Angus beef to our tallow to our honey -- is used right inside our Coffee Shop + Eatery and now shared through our online market as well. From our hands and land to your table, anywhere in the country. 

Cooper's is named after our first farm dog, the families in our community who all seemed to have a Cooper of their own, and the place we call home - Cooper County. 

It means the world to us that you're here. We'd be honored to be a small part of your family's meals and your home, and we're grateful that you care about where your food and products come from.

RAISED WITH INTEGRITY

Our Angus cattle are raised the way nature intended - on open pastures, without growth hormones, antibiotics, or animal by-products. We believe that clean, honest food starts with clean, honest practices. 

DRY AGED

We dry age our beef for a minimum of 14 days to naturally deepen the flavor and tenderness. It's a time-honored process that enhances every bite - rich, satisfying, and worth the wait.

USDA INSPECTED

Handled with care. All of our beef is processed in a USDA-inspected facility that meets strict humane handling standards. From our family farm to your table, we hold every step to the highest level of care and cleanliness.

We thoughtfully select and raise our herd for strong genetics, ensuring high-quality beef that's consistent, healthy, and naturally flavorful. It's not about raising cattle - it's about raising the bar.
